These products are
manufactured in most modern plant near Ahmedabad in collaboration
with IICT, a branch of CSIR, Government of India.
A single component room temperature curing high adhesive
strength material which cures in absence of air without any catalyst
or reacting chemicals.

No need for
additional lock nut or Nyloc nut and hence saving in inventory
cost.
Noise level is
reduced as intermediate layer of this material dampens the
vibrations.
Unless specified
torque is applied it will not open, ensuring safety of the system
and costly lives.

In
normal system for fixing a bearing or a bush negative clearances
between a housing and bearing is provided. Heat the housing
to increase I.D. or bearing is cooled by “solid ice” for reducing
its O.D. for fitment which induces stress. Stress is
detrimental in performance of the system as it can lead to
cracks.
Works at room
temperature and hence no stress is induced. Cumbersome
heating or cooling is eliminated.
It can work up to a
gap of 0.1 mm.
Since positive
clearance up to 0.1 mm can be kept, costly operations can be
eliminated or reduced and thus production cost can be brought
down.
Since tolerances are
open, productivity can be increased, further reducing cost.
Noise level get
reduced as intermediate layer of compound act as a vibration
dampener, creating better working atmosphere, resulting in better
efficiency.
Sealant : (GRADES :
S-154, S-172, S-174, S-173)
It
eliminate requirement of various form gasket and thus reduces
inventory. Also due to 100% contact and sealing it reduces
the leakages of valuable material.
