It is two component product and can be applied by any semi-skilled person.  Use to repair and rebuild worn out component like valves, pump casing, impeller, compressor and engine component where corrosion and erosion is the main enemies.  Even ceramic brush able coating can help in reducing the power consumption if the impeller and casings are coated with this fluid.  It gives better service in Sea Water, Chlorine application, Cooling Water Pump, etc.
